The states include Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin. In what concerns to other states, the rules vary. For example, in New Hampshire and Illinois, you can buy kratom as long as you are above 18 years old. However, there is one exception – Jerseyville, IL. Here, kratom is banned. Another example is California where kratom is legal except in San Diego where it is banned.

 

Is Kratom Legal In Europe?

In case you live or are visiting Europe and you want to buy kratom, you need to keep in mind that the rules also vary from country to country. The truth is that kratom strains continue to be illegal in most European countries. This is the case of Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russia, and Sweden where it’s illegal to purchase and buy. On the other hand, other European countries tend to have more flexible laws.

 

Kratom’s Legality In Canada

According to Canada’s legislation, kratom is considered illegal for “human consumption”. So, ultimately, this means that you can’t buy kratom as if it was food. Nevertheless, you can still buy kratom as an incense or other non-consumable options.
